MVMTLAB began in 2008, consulting for elite national sports programs, and by 2013, it became a clinic for Vancouver’s athletic and active community. With a mission to optimize human performance, MVMTLAB serves both professional athletes and the active population playing in the mountains and studios around Vancouver.

The clinic offers a multidisciplinary team. But MVMTLAB goes beyond traditional therapy. Their innovative team-based approach and group classes are designed to “neurohack” the body, breaking down protective patterns formed from past injuries and missed movement milestones to help you rediscover movement mastery.

Deeply rooted in Vancouver’s athletic culture, MVMTLAB is a proud supporter of community events, fundraisers, and corporate wellness programs. At MVMTLAB, the focus is on tapping into the body’s built-in neurotechnology and reactive biomechanics. The clinic has a Under development are biofeedback tools , the clinic is redefining how people recover and perform, helping patients achieve faster, more effective results.

Looking ahead, MVMTLAB is evolving with new initiatives. We've launched an educational series called “Talks”—an intimate 25-seat experience, diving into topics like brain networks, gene activation through exercise, motor control and aging, and the science of sleep.

For those seeking even more, the MVMTLAB+ membership offers a comprehensive package: access to Talks, virtual coaching, an online neuroplasticity gym, classes, a quarterly mastermind group, and discounts on workshops and seminars.

MVMTLAB is also rolling out practitioner training seminars, featuring Dr. Jeff Almon’s  "Entry Point" assessment method. Developed over 15 years, this approach has been instrumental in helping athletes develop and perform - winning three Olympic gold medals, UCI World Cup victories, and CIS championship titles.

At MVMTLAB, innovation and performance are at the core of everything they do—empowering Vancouverites to be their best, every day.
