Welcome to the first day with your new shoulders. Before we begin, remember this process starts with one intention: to re-connect and discover the link between your brain and body. From now on, you will be aware of the relationship between your shoulders and your body positioning, whether you’re doing push-ups, carrying your kida or deleting your junk emails. The assignments here are tough — but the real work happens in the real world.
I'm excited to guide you through this journey for the next twenty days, and challenge you to rewire your brain and body, focusing on your shoulders. This program has been built upon years of research, ideas and trials. We’ve tested and tweaked it to ensure you get the most out of the month of programming as possible.
It may challenge what you thought you knew about your body. It may ask you to question your beliefs about changing your body without equipment. It will empower you to take control of your own healing journey. All you need to transform yourself is the technology that’s already built within you.
I have to warn you, though — it will be a tough mental challenge, too. That’s why we’ve incorporated an accountability button at the end of each assignment. If you attempt the daily homework, you win! If you can only complete a portion of the assignment, you also win. Everything counts.
To elevate your experience, we also have weekly technique sessions where you’ll get hands-on help perfecting your form. If you’re in the Greater Vancouver area, our first in-house technique session are at the clinic. If you can't make these sessions, no worries. Just follow the videos that come with each daily assignment, or book in for a clinic visit to get specific technique and a treatment.
